Description:
Grinnell College seeks applications and nominations for an Assistant Dean and Director of Employer Engagement. This new leadership role is a key element in the 2020 Strategic Vision of the burgeoning Center for Careers, Life, and Service (CLS). The new assistant dean and director will have strategic, program, and budgetary oversight of all employer engagement and campus recruiting efforts within the CLS. As both a visionary and entrepreneur, the assistant dean and director will establish a global recruiting network of key alumni, parents, and friends of the College to increase the volume, caliber, and diversity of internship and full-time professional opportunities for Grinnell students.
