Coordinator of Campus Visits and Events
Description:
Coordinator of Campus Visits and Events - Under the general supervision of the Director of Admission, responsible for planning and executing all on-campus prospective student visits and events on behalf of the Office of Admission. Duties include program coordination, campus and student outreach, logistics, surveys, and prospect record management. Responsible for program-related online communications, print communications, and website management. Serve as the primary liaison with faculty members to arrange class visits for prospective students. Conduct admission information sessions and prospective student interviews. Counsel students, families, and others on the admission process, read applications, and participate as a voting member of the admission committee, as needed. Train and supervise the Office of Admission receptionist and dozens of student workers who serve as tour guides, senior interviewers, and overnight host coordinators. This is a campus-based position, though some minimal travel will be required.
