Senior ERP Specialist - Grinnell College is seeking an experienced ERP professional to join the Information Technology Services department as Senior ERP Specialist. This position is the most senior ERP expert on campus and has responsibility for the maintenance, stability, reliability, and security of enterprise systems ERP infrastructure (Ellucian Colleague). An ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of ERP architecture, an understanding of business requirements processes, and patch deployment. Working closely with Enterprise Systems team members and system users, the incumbent will leverage the capabilities of the college’s ERP system for maximal positive impact. Strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, and organizational skills are essential and applicants must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience with business process analysis and programming in the Ellucian Colleague environment
