| Mechanic I: Controls Shop |
Description:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to, ensuring proper operation of the Building Management, HVAC, Fire, Sprinkler, and other specialty control systems while adhering to local, state, and federal regulations. Must be able to read and interpret schematic drawings and technical literature. Will complete service calls as well as project work under the direction of the controls lead or project manager.
On-call duty required, alternating with other mechanics. Cross-training within different disciplines needed for on-call responsibility.
