Description:
Establishes all parameters for processing of all tools and jobs.
• Maintains the highest quality work to continuously ensure customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoots current process for any potential improvements.
• Makes recommendations during new product design to ensure the most efficiency at production time.
• Interfaces with Production, Engineering, Quality, customers and suppliers in order to achieve the program objectives.
• Housekeeping (especially tools & press purge).
• Responds to machine problems in prompt manner and logs all processing changes.
• Ensures all processing paperwork is complete, including but not limited to, machine set-up, start-up and adjustments).
• Assumes additional responsibilities as required.
