Description:
Responsibilities for this position may vary from day to day and from shift to shift. Duties may include; however are not limited to food preparation, cleaning vegetables, cooking food to order, preparing sandwiches, restocking foods on a service line, washing dishes and pots and pans, cleaning service areas and general custodial duties. You are responsible for the safety and sanitation of the area in which you work during your shift to include keeping the area clean, neat, and orderly throughout the meal, cleaning the venue at the close of the venue to include sweeping and mopping the floor, and to practice safe food handling practices which we will teach. This position must be able to interact appropriately with guests when cooking food to order and preparing sandwiches for guests.
