Description:
Customer Service Representative
T.I.P. Rural Electric Cooperative is looking for qualified applicants to fill the position of Customer Service Representative (CSR). This position will be responsible for answering incoming calls, processing payments, and billing support.
The successful candidate will work closely with our team to develop knowledge and ability to integrate all programs throughout the billing department of the Cooperative.
A qualified candidate must possess good interpersonal skills, including the ability to maintain a harmonious relationship with all Cooperative personnel and members. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to utilize computers and related office equipment. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs, with the ability to learn and utilize specialized utility software. Associates degree or 2 years office experience is preferred.
