Description: Pantry (37.5 hrs/week, 10 months) - Pre-preparation of fruits, vegetables, meats and cheeses as needed for each dining venue and back-of-the-house cooks. This includes cleaning, chopping, slicing, dicing, cutting of any variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, meats and cheeses. Maintain Federal, State, and College Safety and Sanitation Standards, as well as practice good personal hygiene. Communicate needs with production manager, each venue, cash operations, catering, and back-of-house cook.
