Description: Real Estate Administrative Assistant
Applications are currently being accepted for the position of Real Estate Administrative Assistant in the Poweshiek County Auditor’s Office. The job duties for this position entail complex technical and specialized work to maintain real estate property ownership, valuations, and legal description records. Applicant must be able to interpret difficult legal descriptions, possess mathematical skills, strong communication skills and the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Minimum education and/or experience required is high school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of training and experience that provides knowledge, skills, and abilities as relating to abstracting and real estate transactions and basic knowledge of Windows-based computer programs.
